Honest Product Review: BSN AminoX

What Is It: This is the OG Amino Acid Supplement, the one that started it all. Back in the olden days, whey whey back, there was basically only Scivation Xtend for Amino Acids. Xtend was great, but BSN thought of a more simple approach. JUST BCAAs and Aminos, nothing else....and make it just $20. This is where BSN AminoX was born, a minimalistic but effective Amino Acid supplement. 

Why This Stuff is Great: AminoX is just $20 and packs 10g of Amino Acids mainly Branch Chain Aminos (BCAA) for muscle repair. It tastes great and you don't have to lose an arm or leg to make gains in your amino acid supplement. 

Real Science:  BSN uses a prop blend of 10g consisting of Leucine, Valine, Iso-Leucine with Taurine and Citrulline to increase protein synthesis. The more protein your body can synthesize, the more nutrients it has for building muscle. They also add 2g of ingredients to increase absorption and digestibility using Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate And Cholecalciferol. That means no stomach aches from supplements and they make your supplements more efficient. 

Bro Science:  This is the perfect supplement for any college kid on a budget trying to make those extra gains. 

The Good: The price, amount of aminos per serving, and flavor options all make up the "good" for this product.

The Bad: More and more companies have copied BSN and made a $20 Amino Acid product so there might be a better one out there. I do know that nobody uses 10g of aminos per serving so BSN has you there.
