Healthy Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
Recipe
Dry:
1/2 Cup Complete Pancake Mix (60g)
1 Scoop Iso100 Fruity Pebbles Whey (30g)
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder (3g)
1 Teaspoon Splenda (3g)
1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds
Wet:
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt (50g)
Dash Lemon Zest (2g)
Dash Lemon Juice (3g)
Glaze:
1 Serving Sugar Free Fat Free Jello Pudding Mix (8g)
Dash of Water
Directions:
Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees.
1) Combine dry ingredients (Whey, Pancake Mix, Baking Powder, Splenda, Poppy Seed)
2) Combine wet ingredients with dry and mix to form the batter.
3) Use cooking spray to coat bread Pans. Transfer batter
4) Transfer the mixture to the muffin tray and fill each hole halfway.
5) Bake for 12-15 Minutes
6) Pull out of the oven and allow to cool
7) Mix Pudding Mix and water to form a thick glaze. Use a spoon to drizzle over muffins
8) Enjoy
