There's an option to recover your password once you click the "Login / Register" link at the top right of the page. Just click on that, provide the email address you used when you originally signed up, and we'll send you an email to recover your password.

How much is shipping?

Shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout. We offer a standard flat rate ($6.99) across the continental U.S., as well as a few other expedited rates if you need your protein fast.

How do I edit my account information?

Once you sign in, click "view addresses" and you can edit your information and preferences.

How do I create an account?

Signing up for an account is a simple process that goes like this:

1. Click the "Login / Register" link at the top-right of the page.
2. You can either sign in through one of your social media accounts, or you can sign in with an email address by clicking "Sign Up" link at the bottom of the page.
3. If you decide to sign up with an email address, provide your email and create a password.
