Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 22, 2026

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes how Campus Protein collects, uses, and shares consumer health data. It also explains how you can exercise your rights. This policy is separate from our general Privacy Policy. Campus Protein is a retailer, not a healthcare provider.

Consumer health data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, consumer health data can include:

  • Products you view, search for, place in your cart, purchase, return, or review when this information can show a health status or wellness interest.
  • Dietary preferences, wellness goals, symptoms, product-use information, or similar information that you voluntarily provide.
  • Information about your use of our website or services that can show a health-related interest.
  • Information that we derive or infer from the information described above.

We do not require more consumer health data than is reasonably necessary to process an order or provide the service you request.

Sources of consumer health data

We can collect consumer health data directly from you and automatically from your device or browser. We can also receive it from service providers that help us operate accounts, process orders, provide customer support, secure our services, and keep transaction records.

Why we collect and use consumer health data

We collect and use consumer health data to provide products or services that you request. This use includes order processing, customer support, returns, accounts, website security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and records. We can also use it for another purpose with your consent when the law requires consent.

How we share consumer health data

We can share consumer health data when this is necessary to provide the products or services that you request. Recipients can include:

  • Commerce, payment, hosting, account, and customer-support providers.
  • Warehousing, order-fulfillment, shipping, and delivery providers.
  • Security, fraud-prevention, information-technology, and analytics providers that support our services.
  • Government authorities, courts, professional advisers, or other parties when the law permits or requires the disclosure.

The specific third parties can change when our service providers change. You can request a list of the third parties and affiliates that received your consumer health data.

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share consumer health data for targeted advertising unless we first get the consent or authorization that the law requires.

Your consumer health data rights

Subject to the law and its exceptions, you can have the right to:

  • Access your consumer health data and get a list of the parties that received it.
  • Withdraw consent for our collection or sharing of your consumer health data.
  • Request deletion of consumer health data, including data in archives or backups when the law requires deletion.
  • Appeal our refusal to act on a request.

We will not discriminate against you because you exercise a privacy right. We can verify your identity before we complete a request. An authorized agent can submit a request when the law permits this.

How to exercise your rights

Submit a request through one of these methods:

Describe your request and state that it concerns consumer health data. If we deny your request, our response will explain how to appeal. To appeal, reply to our decision or email help@campusprotein.com with the subject line “Consumer Health Data Appeal.”

Changes to this policy

We can update this policy when our practices or the law change. We will change the date at the top when we do.
