When was the last time you were on Instagram...an hour ago? Yesterday? Well if you follow any fitness influencers, you will see them probably take a Greens product. Is this the new “Fit Tea?” What is a Greens product?
You know how your mom always told you “to eat your veggies?” Well just like protein shakes are to chicken, Greens products are to veggies. Greens products are vegetables, fruits, algaes or grasses broken down in a supplement….then flavored (don’t worry). Green products are super dense in micronutrients and act as a full daily serving of vegetables and/or fruits. First, let's think of our DAILY diet and ask ourselves if we are getting our dose of veggies and fruits each and every day. If you are in college, I will save you the time….NO CHANCE. Our government states we should be getting 5 servings of this per day. For us, that is less than 1% of men doing this and less than 4% for women ages 18 to 24 years old. Sorry, Mom, we failed. Seriously, just google, “benefits of vegetables” and see all the good a greens product can do! Legit, this supplement needs to be a staple in all our diets. I mean Ricky Bobby had it wrong. His line was, “Oh, I'm not stupid, Lucius. No one lives forever. No one. But with advances in modern science, and my high level of income, I mean, it's not crazy to think I can't live to be 245, maybe 300.” It should have been “with me taking a Greens product, I think I could live to 300.”
There cannot be any more good that comes from Greens right? I mean we did cover the main facts but Greens will benefit with overall energy, muscle, and cell regeneration/recovery, it is very high in antioxidants, and will improve bone health.
