Salted Caramel Protein Cookies


  • 1 scoop salted caramel whey
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3T egg 
  • 3 T milk 
  • 1 T coconut flour (8g)
  • 2 T quick oat flour (12g)
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • chocolate and caramel chips
  • sea salt


  1. Mix all ingredients except chips and sea salt together in a bowl
  2. Form balls and place onto cookie sheet 
  3. Top with chips and sea salt
  4. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes
