Salted Caramel Protein Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop salted caramel whey
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 3T egg
- 3 T milk
- 1 T coconut flour (8g)
- 2 T quick oat flour (12g)
- 1/2 t baking powder
- chocolate and caramel chips
- sea salt
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except chips and sea salt together in a bowl
- Form balls and place onto cookie sheet
- Top with chips and sea salt
- Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes
