Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Natural Almond Butter - Classic
- 1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) High Fiber Coconut Flour
- 12 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Mini Chocolate Chips
- 2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Organic Blue Agave Nectar
- 3 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Goya Chick Peas (Low Sodium)
- 1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Unsweetened Cashew Milk
- 4 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Rule1 R1 Whey Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
Directions:
1 can low sodium chickpeas drained and rinsed
4 scoops Rule1 Whey Blend protein powder
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk
4 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp agave nectar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 cup lily's dark chocolate chips
Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until smooth. If too dense add a little more cashew milk until you have reached your desired consistency. Then fold in chocolate chips and any other in any other yummy treats you please and store in a mason jar in the fridge! Enjoy!
