Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Healthy Snack

Ingredients: 

  • ¬†1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • ¬†1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¬†2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Natural Almond Butter - Classic
  • ¬†1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) High Fiber Coconut Flour
  • ¬†12 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) ¬†Mini Chocolate Chips
  • ¬†2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Organic Blue Agave Nectar
  • ¬†3 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Goya Chick Peas (Low Sodium)
  • ¬†1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Unsweetened Cashew Milk
  • ¬†4 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Rule1 R1 Whey¬†Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder

Directions:
1 can low sodium chickpeas drained and rinsed
4 scoops Rule1 Whey Blend protein powder
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk
4 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp agave nectar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 cup lily's dark chocolate chips


Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until smooth. If too dense add a little more cashew milk until you have reached your desired consistency. Then fold in chocolate chips and any other in any other yummy treats you please and store in a mason jar in the fridge! Enjoy!
