Cellucor also loaded up the formula with a ton of non essential amino acids on top of Branch Chain Amino Acids. Then they added a strength and electrolyte formula to go after the “sports drink.”

Real Science: Cellucor tailored this new version of Alpha Amino to include a well-studied 2:1:1 BCAA ratio for optimal performance in addition to 11 essential amino acids. An integral part of the Alpha Amino formula are electrolytes, which help keep your body hydrated and ready to tackle any challenge. They also included a very important ingredient in Betaine for strength and endurance improvement.
