Honest Product Review: Spartan Whey by Sparta

What Is It:  Sparta Nutrition Spartan Whey is the most unique whey we have on our site, and it's not about their formula. Actually their formula is pretty impressive but the flavor selection may be the best in the industry. The menu starts off with cereal flavors like loopy fruits, cinna crunch, and apple jacks. Why This Stuff is Great:  We get it, the flavors are awesome but what if the formula sucks. It does not. Take a look at this: This product is primary Whey Protein Isolate, the highest quality lean protein. That means it is ideal for post-workout recovery. On top of that, Sparta Nutrition added Casein protein for long-term recovery post workout or if you decided to take this product as a meal replacement protein.

Bro Science:  You get yourself the dopest flavors in the game and a formula to back it up! Sparta makes it easy to make gains.

Real Science:  By adding Whey Isolate and Casein, your body will get nutrients right away from the whey but also, you will long-term time released protein with the Casein.

The Good:  Pretty much everything about this product comparing it to other whey’s

The Bad:  The great flavors only come in 2lbs so you will just have to double down on those...my boss will be happy about that!
