What Is It: Dymatize has been in the pre-workout game for many years now but have never made a successful one. There are several reasons why the pre workouts failed in the past and usually it had nothing to do with the actual formula. This review will describe Dymatize's brand new fully clinically dosed pre workout called PreW.O and let you know if this is the pre that will finally change the game for them.
Why This Stuff is Great: Dymatize went HAM on this formula putting everything and anything you need to get into the gym and have a phenomenal workout. There are two types of pre-workout: Concentrate (that gives you crazy energy) and Blends (big scoops for maximum nutrients). This is a blend and they pack a 20g scoop. To put it in perspective, Dymatize's most active ingredient is 8g (most concentrate pre workouts have 4g scoops!).
Real Science: As we mentioned above, the Dymatize PreWO has 8g of Citrulline (for a pump) in the formula. On top of this, this pre-workout has 1.5g of Nitrosogene, a clinically proven Arginine to improve pump and performance. Then this pre workout packs 3.2g of Beta-Alanine for more endurance than you ever had in your life. You think this would be enough to be a great pre-workout but there is so much more left. The pre-workout packs 300mg of Caffeine plus 125mg of Teacrine to make sure your body never gets used to the energy. Dymatize also used my favorite ingredient Betaine for strength in the formula. PreW.O. makes sure every ingredient is clinically dosed.
Bro Science: Dymatize gives you 20 scoops of the most complete pre-workout possible to give you the craziest experience in the gym.
The Good: The Formula, taste, and workout experience you will get from the product.
The Bad: The pre-workout lacks a true strength complex. Dymatize uses Betaine at its clinical dose but leaves out Creatine for some reason.
