French Toast Protein Cookies



Microwave bar for 10 seconds
-Break up into 6 balls then flatten the balls
-Rub cinnamon and Truvia on the dough
-Preheat oven to 350F
-Spray the cookie sheet with coconut oil before placing cookies
-Bake cookies for 10 minutes
-Top with even amounts of almonds and maple syrup enjoy!
