Delicious Protein Muffin: Blueberry
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 2 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites
- 1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Rule1 Whey Blend Protein
- 4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's 100% Pure Vanilla Extract
- 8 serving (serving = 1/2 tsp) Truvia Baking Blend
- 0.2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla
- 0.2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 serving (serving = 2 pancakes) Pancake Mix
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Mix all ingredients in large bowl
-Grease muffin tin with coconut oil
-Fill up 4/6 large muffin tin holes or if using a regular size muffin tin the batter
-Bake for 22 minutes
