- 3/4 cup milk (almond or cashew milk recommended)
- 1 Scoop Dymatize ISO100 Cocoa Pebbles Protein
- 1.5 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Pebbles as a topping (optional)
- Add milk to a blender then protein and chia seeds. Blend 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately or let chill in the refrigerator
- Add topping if wanted
