Cinnamon Apple Protein Muffins
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 2 scoops cinnamon swirl protein
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
- 6 packets of stevia
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare muffin tin.
2. Place all ingredients in blender and mix well.
3. Divide batter into 12 muffin tins and bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes.
