Apple Cinnamon Protein Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 apple, diced
- 2 scoops Apple Cinnamon Protein Powder
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 10 drops of stevia (or sweetener of choice)
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare a greased muffin pan .
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Once mixed, pour evenly into pan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool and Enjoy!
Makes 12 muffins.
