- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup or 2 scoops of MuscleTech Whey Protein
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 T honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-4 T of milk, almond milk, soy milk or water
- Small handful of m&m's, Reese's pieces, chocolate chips, or raisins
- In a bowl, mix together all ingredients and form into balls.
- Refrigerate for 45min-1 hour, and enjoy!
