- 1 Cookies & Cream Quest bar
- ¾ cup cooked chickpeas, rinsed & drained
- 1 scoop cookies n cream protein powder
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 6 dates
- 5 Splenda Packets
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
1.) Blend all ingredients except Quest bar in a food processor until creamy.
2.) Place Quest bar in microwave for 10 seconds. Line a mini loaf pan with plastic wrap & form Questbar onto the bottom of the pan.
3.) Pour fudge batter into pan and place in the freezer for up to 90 minutes. Remove fudge from freezer, cut into 8 squares, & serve immediately.
