Protein Poptarts

- 1 low carb tortilla
- 4 strawberries or 3 tbs of sugar free jelly
- 1 scoop of Dymatize Elite Vanilla Cupcake protein 
- 1/4 scoop Dymatize Gourmet Vanilla protein with tbs of water until creamy
  1. Blend together a scoop of Dymatize strawberry protein and strawberries 
  2. Place mixture on Low Carb tortilla
  3. Fold the tortilla into a rectangle shape and push sides down with a fork
  4. Place in a medium heat dry nonstick pan and toast in pan till golden brown
  5. Place vanilla protein mixture on top of pop tart 
  6. Place in freezer for about 10 minutes to allow to harden
