Protein Poptarts
Ingredients:
- 1 low carb tortilla
- 4 strawberries or 3 tbs of sugar free jelly
- 1 scoop of Dymatize Elite Vanilla Cupcake protein
- 1/4 scoop Dymatize Gourmet Vanilla protein with tbs of water until creamy
- 1 low carb tortilla
- 4 strawberries or 3 tbs of sugar free jelly
- 1 scoop of Dymatize Elite Vanilla Cupcake protein
- 1/4 scoop Dymatize Gourmet Vanilla protein with tbs of water until creamy
Directions
- Blend together a scoop of Dymatize strawberry protein and strawberries
- Place mixture on Low Carb tortilla
- Fold the tortilla into a rectangle shape and push sides down with a fork
- Place in a medium heat dry nonstick pan and toast in pan till golden brown
- Place vanilla protein mixture on top of pop tart
- Place in freezer for about 10 minutes to allow to harden
