Pronut Recipes
Because you can’t go through life without donuts!
These Protein donuts are simple, and delicious! These pronuts are perfect to satisfy those sweet tooth cravings without breaking your macros for the day .
Molten Chocolate Pronuts
Ingredients
- 75 g Oat Flour
- 25 g Cellucor Molten Chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 160 g Ripe Bananas
- 1 Egg or 2 Egg Whites
Optional Chocolate Icing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons of Cellucor Molten Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 Tablespoon of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 F and grease your Donut pan.
- In a medium size mixing bowl mash your bananas with a fork.
- Add your Egg or Egg Whites to the mashed bananas and stir.
- In a separate mixing bowl add all of your dry ingredients ( Oat Flour, Baking Powder, and Protein Powder)
- Slowly mix in your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients ( banana and egg) . Stir up to a minute until the batter is thick.
- Bake for 7 minutes.
- Place on a cooling rack until the pronuts are completely cool.
- Add your Favorite toppings, or Try my Chocolate Icing !
Cinnamon Swirl Pronuts
Ingredients
- 75 g Oat Flour
- 25 g Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl protein powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 160 g Ripe Bananas
- 1 Egg or 2 Egg Whites
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Stevia
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 F and grease your Donut pan.
- In a medium size mixing bowl mash your bananas with a fork.
- Add your Egg or Egg Whites to the mashed bananas and stir.
- In a separate mixing bowl add all of your dry ingredients ( Oat Flour, Baking Powder, and Protein Powder)
- Slowly mix in your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients ( banana and egg) . Stir up to a minute until the batter is thick.
- Bake for 7 minutes.
- While the pronuts are still hot, coat them with cinnamon sugar.
