Cake Batter Protein Bars

  • 2 tbsp Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
  •  4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour
  •  1 tbsp Rita's Rainbow Sprinkles
  •  3 scoops of Birthday Cake Protein
  • 1/2 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk


1. combine all ingredients in a bowl

2. transfer to small pan and press sprinkles on top

3. refrigerate until mixture hardens

4. cut into bars
