- 2 S’mores Quest Bars
- 2 low fat graham cracker sleeves
- 4 marshmallows
- 1 egg white
- 3 Tbsp. almond milk
- ¼ cup almond meal flour
- 3 tbsp. oat flour
- 1½ Tbsp. cacao powder
- 2 stevia packets
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a mini loaf pan ( ) with parchment paper and set aside.
- Microwave the two quest bars for 15 seconds then mold to the bottom of loaf pan. Place the two graham cracker sleeves on top of molded quest bars. Cut eat marshmallow in half and layer those on top of the graham cracker sleeves.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg white, almond milk, almond flour, oat flour, cacao powder, and stevia until smooth. Spoon this mixture on top of marshmallows and bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes then cut into 8 even squares. Serve and enjoy!
