Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars

  • 1 scoop Quest Salted Caramel protein (28g)
  • 1/2 cup canned white beans (130g)
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin (60g)
  • 3 T egg substitute (46g)
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • sweetener to taste (2-4 packets)
  • 2 T mini chocolate chips (14g)
  • pretzels (14g)
  • sea salt


  1. Drain and rinse beans
  2. Puree beans, pumpkin, egg, and vanilla. Add a little extra is necessary to blend smooth
  3. Stir in protein, baking powder, and sweetener
  4. Coat dish with nonstick spray and pour in batter
  5. Top with pretzels, chocolate chips, and sea salt
  6. Bake at 350 for 28-30 minutes
