Coconut Vanilla Mugcake
Ingredients:
-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder of choice
-1 egg
-2 tbsp oat flour
-1/4 cup almond milk
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-Stevia to taste
-Nuts n' More Coconut Peanut Butter
Directions
Mix ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 40 seconds - 1 minute depending on how gooey you want it. Top with peanut butter and enjoy!
