An item is missing/broken in my shipment, help!
Reconfirm the contents of your order by looking at your order confirmation email that we send out when your order was entered. If you're really missing an item, contact us with your name and order information and we'll work to rectify the issue quickly.
When will my backorder arrive?
The backorder dates we provide are as accurate as they can be, so hang tight until those dates hit. If the items you ordered are still backordered past our "Will Ship By" date, then contact us and we'll try to update you with the situation. We will send you an email as soon as your backordered items are on their way to you.
How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.
First, track your order here and see if it's still in transit. You can track orders by logging into your account, selecting "Orders" from the dropdown menu, and selecting your order. If the page says that the package was delivered, contact the shipper to confirm delivery.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Contact us immediately with your name and order number. Once we ship out the order, we can't do anything to change it.
Has my order shipped?
We'll send you an email when your order has shipped. If you haven't gotten the email or if you want to track the status of your order, just sign into your account (if you don't have an account, sign up for an account with the email you used for the order). Once you sign in, you should see all the tracking information you need.
